This referral policy (the “Policy”) sets out the conditions by which Profitage OU, registration code 16075135 (the “company”, “Profitage”, “we”, “us” and “our”), provides you (the "Referrer") access to our referral program (the “Referral Program”). This Policy falls under the general Profitage Terms & Conditions, and lays out the additional terms and obligations between you and Profitage, which you accept by entering the Profitage Referral Program, so please read it carefully!
GLOSSARY
Referrer – a person who invites new users to Profitage platform.
Referral – a person that creates a Profitage account via Referral Link.
Referral Code – unique code, which attributes new users to their Referrers.
Referral Link – url or other resource that contains Referral code.
Influence Point – a virtual token developed by Profitage for Referral Program functionality.
1.1. The Referral Program is a marketing model in which we incentivize third-party individuals (the “Referrers”) to promote Profitage and attract new users (the “Referrals”) to the platform.
1.2. Upon registration, each user receives a personal code (the “Referral Code”), which is included in urls to Profitage’s resources in Profitage Bot and Profitage Notifier Bot messages.
1.3. Users who start Profitage Bot via Referral code, are considered as referred by the owner of the code.
1.4. Referrers receive influence points in the amount of 40% of purchased Profit Points by their Referrals within 1 year after registration of the Referral (1 year = 31,536,000 seconds).
1.5. To benefit from the Referral Program, third-parties must comply with a list of requirements such as the Eligibility Criteria and the Restrictions, as well as the Profitage Terms & Conditions.
2.1. The Influence Points can be converted 14 calendar days after the settlement of payment for respectful Referral purchases (14 days = 1,209,600 seconds).
2.2. Eligible Referrers can convert their Influence Points to Profit Points at the rate of 1 Profit Point per 1 Influence Point.
2.3. Eligible Referrers can convert and request a payout of their Influence Points in USDT via TRC-20 blockchain at the rate of 8 USDT per 1 Influence Point.
3.1. To participate in the Profitage Referral Program, Referrers require a Profitage account that is compliant with Profitage Terms & Conditions.
3.2. Referrers may be requested to verify their identity.
3.3. Users that are sanctioned, or that come from jurisdictions that are sanctioned by Estonia, European Union, United Nations, United Kingdom or United States of America, are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
3.4. Profitage reserves the right to terminate or make ineligible any account found in violation of this Referral Policy or Profitage Terms & Conditions, at own discretion and without prior notice.
4.1. Referrers are not allowed to use the Profitage trademark, company name, product name or claim to represent Profitage in any way without preliminary confirmation and written approval.
4.2. Referrers are not allowed to use Profitage’s intellectual property, logos, banners, websites, videos, social media avatars, or any other material without preliminary confirmation and written approval. Exceptions are system-generated Telegram messages and other materials specifically dedicated for sharing.
4.3. Referrers are not allowed to provide false, inaccurate or misleading information about Profitage products and services.
4.4. Referrers are not allowed to use their Referral Links in unsolicited advertising practices (such as spam, cookie stuffing, etc.) or fraudulent schemes which can be deemed harmful to Profitage’s users and reputation.
4.5. Referrers are not allowed to refer themselves for the sake of receiving Influence Points for their own purchases.
5.1. Eligible Referrers can request to have their Influence Points converted to USDT on TRC-20 blockchain and sent to a provided TRC-20 crypto address.
5.2. Minimum amount for payout is 40 USDT.
5.3. Payouts will be settled within 60 calendar days following the withdrawal request.
5.4. Payout deadlines may be extended for as long as it is necessary if any issues arise with payments or beneficiaries.
5.5. Transaction expenses will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
5.6. To receive payouts in cryptocurrencies to corporate crypto wallets, Referrers may also be required to verify their business.
5.7. Referrals are responsible for declaring and paying their taxes, and holding Profitage harmless from any claims arising out of their failure to do so.
5.8. Profitage may, at its sole discretion, refuse to convert or withdraw Influence Points, if the Referral was found in violation of this Referral Policy or Profitage Terms & Conditions.
5.9. Profitage will seek recovery of any or all payouts made to the Referral found in violation of this Referral Policy or Profitage Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to change, modify, alter or completely remove whatsoever the whole or any part of the Referral Program or the Referral System at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. However, we will do our best to act in the best long-term interest of all parties involved.
