How to stop the bot manually

STOP: Close Positions

This is the correct way to stop the bot if you want to close all positions by market price and to stop the bot.

1. Launch Profitage app

2. Select one of your Active bots

3. Notе that Market Close PnL in bot detailed view shows you estimated profit or loss of the bot if you close all positions by market right now.

4. Tap Finish Bot and choose Close Positions

5. Tap Continue and confirm your choice, Tap Yes

6. Tap Ok

The Bot will close all positions by market price and finish its work. Afterwards, Profitage Notifier Bot will send you a finish report. Your Profit Points will be withdrawn according to bots pricing.

STOP: Keep Positions

If you want to manage open positions by yourself, here is the correct way to stop the bot and leave positions untouched.

1. Launch Profitage app

2. Select one of your Active bots

3. Notе that Closed PnL in bot detailed view shows you current profit or loss of bot closed positions.

4. Tap Finish Bot and choose Keep Positions

5. Tap Continue and confirm your choice, Tap Yes

6. Tap Ok

The Bot will finish its work without closing any positions. Afterwards, Profitage Notifier Bot will send you a finish report. Your Profit Points will be withdrawn according to bots pricing.

Actions that lead to bot's force finish and whole starting cost withdrawal

*Any interventions in trading process, the WHOLE starting cost is withdrawn REGARDLESS of bot's results. Including any *API Key permissions issues.

Do not interfere in the trading process

Once there is a position, on a wallet with an active bot, that differs from the one that the bot should have. Bot will do a force stop and all starting cost will be withdrawn.

You are responsible for you API Key permissions correctness

Once there is an any problem with the API key on the client side or the exchange platform. Bot will do a force stop and all starting cost will be withdrawn.
