Problems related to Binance API key creation

Typical problems

1. Enable futures checkbox issues.
2. All checkboxes are inactive.
3. After registering, please make a deposit in your Spot Wallet and try again.
4. I have no identity verification.
5. I have not received email verification code.
6. I don't understand what is Authenticator app.

Enable futures checkbox issues

• If there is no Enable Futures checkbox in permissions list, make sure you have created Futures account.
• Check mark Enable Futures exists, but it is inactive - your API key had been created before Futures account was created. You have to create API key again and follow this guide

All checkboxes are inactive

1. If all checkboxes are inactive, you have to Restrict Access to trusted IPs only

2. Add the following IP addresses

3. Click on Confirm

4. You can edit API restrictions now
✅ Enable Spot & Margin Trading
✅ Enable Futures

5. Click Save when ready

Please make a deposit in your Spot Wallet

After registering, please make a deposit in your Spot Wallet and try again.

I have no identity verification

Read this guide

I have not received email verification code

1. Make sure you have clicked on Get Code

2. Check your email for Verification Code, do not forget to check SPAM folder. The letter from Binance looks like this.

Authenticator is an application that provides one time pass codes for further security that are changed every 30-60 seconds.

This app can be found in App Store or Google Play Market.
